That's weird I have a couple friends who have stock nexus still on ICS. They haven't seen any update yet. I linked them here but there to busy to flash.

There's instructions on Verizon's page to force it. I don't think I've encountered anyone recently who still had 4.0.2; I actually stopped asking when I go to help folks out one on one lol

Could be the placebo effect but hand off between WiFi and 4g seems must faster with the updated radios, signal strength remains the same so far
