More to likely do with slow sales. At least for Best Buy. Killer deal though if do not load a lot of apps.

Interesting. At the local best buy (in Flint) the mods and Z are literally the first thing you see walking in the store. The note is back in the Samsung experience section.

I took the promotion on the two year contract for $99 and the free JBL Mod. The projector is cool but don't think I would use it near as much as the JBL. Still either Mod free is a good deal

I don't think so. They are offering deep discounts on preorder. Sales couldn't be factored in that early.
They're more likely trying to get people to try the phone and get buzz before the note 7 and iPhone 7.

Just think, free speakers at launch, free projector less then a month later. Just imagine black Friday and Christmas deals. I can see it now. $299, free projector, free speaker, free battery pack and $50 in Google play credits at this rate it's going.

Yeah, I went in a day late, too, but the guy at the BB Mobile said there was still the deal. They gave me the speaker and tried and tried to apply the $200 discount, but couldn't. The manager called me the next day and said his guys didn't swap the tags and didn't realize it had expired, so he couldn't give me the $200 off. But he did say I could come in and get the projector, which was the new offer, and keep the speaker.
Wasn't that interested in the projector, and would have preferred the $200 off.. suppose I could sell the projector, but once my kids see it once, I'm gonna be stuck with it

If anybody got a projector and doesn't want it let me know I'd be willing to give a hundred twenty five bucks for one but that's it no way I would pay 300 for that
