BestBuy: Galaxy Note 9 Pre-Order Thread

I placed 2 orders for the Unlocked 512GB Blue version at my local BB. I placed first one on August 10th and 2nd one on Sunday August 19th.

I placed it in store, and I just received a call saying both have arrived. I'm likely just getting the one as the 2nd one thought I had an issue with first one with phone number on call list.

I'm glad there was no delay and was amazed that the 2nd one didn't have a delay either, especially how Best Buy site this week kind of made you think and all the coments here as well.

I ordered the same thing.... I'll stop in in the morning and see if mine is there.... They said they had a truck with the 512 unlocked blue's coming in late tonight. Here's to hoping!

What happens with the pre order promo for the Note 9 if we ordered our phones at Best Buy on the 13th....and the phones don't make it here prior to the September activation deadline?

Someone screwed up at BestBuy and my payment wasn't going through for my Preorder from the 10th. They said I had to cancel and reorder. I canceled and reordered through Verizon. They also screwed up and sent a note and an s9. When I noticed an hour later, I called and the phones had already shipped. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for it to cancel to reorder so I miss out on the samsung promo because they screwed up ??????

I pre-ordered on the 11th for a blue UNLOCKED 512GB model for instore pickup. The online status still says IN PROCESS but when I check over the phone, the status is AWAITING CUSTOMER PICKUP.

Tomorrow can't be here soon enough...

Not that I doubted Best Buy, but I ordered Dead Pool 2 today for instore pick up at the same store where I am getting my phone tomorrow. When I picked up the movie, I had them confirm that my phone was in the back just waiting for me to pick her up tomorrow morning...

Ordered mine on 8/10 around noon. Purple 512 and i just got an email saying it is in shipping delay I have waited 2 years for a new Note as i had to settle for the S7 Edge after the Note 7 debacle. And now this. Not a happy camper right now. Though I will wait it out cause there is not another phone that i want.

Well, just got an email saying the 128gb version I ordered was ready for pickup, however no email about the 512gb version.

Corporate AT&T doesn’t have any 512gb but Best Buy has them in stock near Dallas...

OMG that is horribly incompetent on their part! Sorry you had tyo go through that. Any chance of just going to a store today and picking one up?

That's great that yours is moving along, but how in the world do I order mine 3 days before you ordered yours and mine is in Shipping Delay and yours is In Progress.

Hoping that mine doesn't say that. I've already accepted the fact that it might not be here until next week LOL. I still have my S9+ and iPhone 8+ to play with before my new device gets here.
