I cant because of the screw up I have to wait until the phones reach the warehouse and get canceled before I can do it again since I was upgrading my s8+ however the new promo is even better. Kind of glad they screwed up

Anyone reserved an unlocked Note 9 in store got an email to pick up? I didn't get one. However, I callee the store today and the person in customer service (not best buy mobile) said it is ready (I didn't give her my order number or name) and to come get it.

My current unlocked 512GB blue status says "Being Prepared, and will soon be on its way."

It's here. I gave up on smart switch. It kept stopping at 90~% and never ending. So using my Syncios software to transfer it instead.

Glad you got yours. I was able to use smart switch with no problems surprisingly. And I transferred from my iPhone X. Everything came over. Pretty shocked.

So I'm still stuck in Pre-Order status with Best Buy.

I was told by an Employee and a very sweet BB phone rep that Verzion did not shipped their Note 9's. The store employee told me she only had 2 phones come in from Verizon. She was hoping for drop shipment through out the day. I ordered the 128GB Blue Note. So this should have been an easy order to fill. The sweet lady I spoke too over the phone confirmed what the Employee said. She was angry with Verizon as well because she has been dealing with a lot of angry customers.

I did however score a $50 gift card that she is going to send me for my troubles. I guess since I did not jump all over her to where my phone was, she felt generous.

The funny part is I just got an email from BB stating my ordered had been delayed. They are working on it and will let me know. If they don't resolved the delay by Sept 23rd, the ordered will be canceled.

Took about 30 mins to do the S9+ trade-in and get the Note 9. Very smooth process and no wait. Did the shop samsung app to claim the headphones and it required a picture of the pre-order. Loaded the picture and now under review. Hope it does not take to long and wait forever to come in.

Same at the two Best Buys near me. No Verizon 512gb shipped. Zero. People that ordered as soon as preorders started on the 10th didn’t get one and were epically pissed today. Even people at Verizon got shorted. Verizon Fd up, not Best Buy.

And how would Verizon mess up because Bestbuy didn't ship any 512's? They're stock doesn't come from Verizon directly. If they truly didn't have the stock that would be Samsung.

Umm best buy shipped 512s. I got one. Not Verizon but at&t.
