It's been saying that since yesterday morning. Before that availability was for 8/31. Guess they've been getting a lot of pre-orders for the 512 since they're reducing it by 100 dollars.

Oh dang. Didn't know that. Hope they get that straightened out.

I went with the 128gb from BB. Honestly think it will be more than enough for me even though I usually like to go top of the line with most things. Was going to use a coupon to get 10% off plus credits I had but my coupon expired 8/31 and was worried phone would be delayed. BB wouldn't let me prepay until the phone was in stock.

Good news. The 512gb is back available for pre-order. Only difference is now it doesn't give a ship by date, but it is back available so that's a good sign. Guess they're working on product availability with Samsung.

Ordered mine a few days ago on B.B. for Verizon. Ordered through BB due to the extra $100 off. Pushed me towards the 512gb one since it should only be about $8 extra per month. Did the Samsung Upgrade, which lets me trade in current(s8+) device and upgrade early. Unsure if it will continue with this device. I’m pretty sure it does.

Last year, when I ordered on line, I had two weeks to mail the old phone back to ATT as I recall. I ordered online again this year.

Was able to preorder the blue Verizon 512GB at Best Buy today. Now will see how long before actually getting it....

I've never done a Best Buy (in store) preorder before. I wasn't able to order it online so had to do it in the store this evening. Do they typically wait till release date to make them available, or do they release them early if/when they get them in?

I ordered the blue unlocked 128gb in store as well. I asked the rep and he said 24th. I don't think bestbuy releases phones before launch date. So don't hold your breath. I am not sweating it. 24th will be here before we know it.

Will be trading my Note 8 for $450 when I pick up on the 24th. Not a bad deal at all.

Some note 8 owners were called a day early so they could pick them up last year...will have to just wait and see what happens this time around.

So, I pre-ordered the blue, unlocked 512GB Note 9.

There's a trade in promo for the uocled version. I'll be getting $450 ($250 + $200 promo bonus) for my Pixel 2XL and I'll also be getting $250 ($90 + $160 promo) for my S7 that I'm also trading in.

Pair that with my $350 in best buy gift cards and the phone will be under $200 purchased outright for me!

Plus I'll get the fancy headphones through Samsung.

This will be fun!

Yea after doing some. Calculations on the numbers here is what I got.

Sold my Apple Watch and all the bands for a total of $764. Including refund of Apple care plus.

Sell my iPhone X 256gb mode for around $850 on swappa. Means out of pocket expensive is zero for the note 8 512gb that I got for $1124 with my 10% discount for my birthday. With tax that’s $1217.

Which leaves me with $397 left. I used that and bought a galaxy watch 46mm from Samsung. $394.02.

So $3 still positive. Of course I went negative once I order cases and Whitestone screen protector. But still.

It took a day for mine to show up. Open the app, go to your name, and tap order history. It should up there like mine below.
