BestBuy: Galaxy Note 9 Pre-Order Thread

I ordered my 512 the minute that the page went live and still says preordered. I did go back and look at my order of the note 8 from last year and it still says preparing to ship. I guess their website might have a few bugs. Still not happy with no info whatsoever.

Mine says preparing too! 128gb Lavender Verizon. My guess is we’ll have them Friday. Gave up my Note 8 for this beauty. Can’t wait!

That is what I plan to do with the carrier AT&T has it in stock Friday that my friend is supposed to check for me.

I paid cash for my phone, no attachment to a carrier plan. So I can easily go to the store.

Be careful, I tried that last year and ran into issues. After I canceled my first order with Bestbuy, when I went to place my second order through Bestbuy it said the line wasn't available to upgrade. It took a day or two before the Verizon system cleared the first order and I was able to place another order with Bestbuy.

Same here. Samsung or AT&T next time. I will have to go out of town with my iPhone X I guess.

Terrible. TERRIBLE. What an awful thought to to have to be forced to use a phone as old and as crappy as a....cringes....iPhone X......idk how you are possibly going to make it through that.

On the real though - I think you're letting your stress level get too high over this.

On the real though - I think you're letting your stress level get too high over this.

LOL. I just hate using this phone and it's small screen. I usually read magazine's or books on my device when on the 4 hour flight. I may utilize my works S9+ for all those duties even though we aren't supposed too. Grr.

And the battery life on the X isn't near as good. I will have to charge it up often.

If I had to guess, it may not be available and their system does not currently have a stock availability date yet. Likely once the system has that it will update with an actual projected timeline. I have no insight into BB system, but work with various types of systems and this is an educated guess.

Just to give a little input, I work at BB in the warehouse and as of last night I couldn't see any ocean blue 512 note 9 anywhere in the system. lots of every other variation of the phone though. I will check again Thursday night.

That's really annoying, I didn't want Samsungs financing, Sprint doesn't offer the 512GB. So BB was my only option.

So, my ATT Blue 512 order just updated to preparing on the BB site. Nothing showing up in FedEx/UPS apps though as far as printed shipping labels. Take it for what you will.

Update: They also charged my card, despite them saying they would charge once I received it in an earlier chat.

I forgot to mention it was the "unlocked" ocean blue 512 GB which is the one I preordered as well.

I had this same problem with ATT and it left an incomplete order on my account all the way until I had to have it manually in order to get the Note 9 pre-order.
