BestBuy S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

I'm trying to decide what to do still no info what so ever on my phone. I can get a white one by wed in Amazon but under trade ins I only saw up to the S7. Or I'll have my dad order it for me. I'm so tired of waiting. What's the going rate to sell an unlocked 9 plus outright. I could do FB marketplace. I don't know!

600 for an s9+ is what I've seen on the internet. I got tired of waiting on best buy eventhough my phone is sitting at best buy but the one I ordered from Samsung comes tomorrow it only took 5 days in comparison to a month almost for best buy smh

My guess is that you would lose about $100 to $150 if you are to just buy and sell. The s9 market is just flooded with people upgrading. Worst time to sell. unfortunately.

Well Samsung says I can get a white one by the 27th and their pink one says April 8th now. and I could get my dad to order for me but then I'm scared if something was to go wrong with my trade in. I think I tried swappa once before and didn't like it and kept getting all kinds of spam people. But I would take 500 for it on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace just to sell it and buy from Samsung. And Amazon says I can have a white one by Wednesday.

We're on our way home from Chicago and I'm checking every nearby Best Buy and one told me oh this one has a pink one in stock a it's showing but I called there and they said no they said it's a problem with Samsung getting the phones for all the Best buy's and that I should just wait and keep my pre-order.

My husband said just find a black one and I'll trade you and give you my white one but I don't really want him to have to do that. Blue would be my 3rd choice. It's just crazy!

That's Crazy! I went to Best Buy site it just said getting more soon for pink unlocked and even white I think. Heck I'm looking to see if maybe a Best Buy has a 512 one. We have 4 more hours till home gonna check Best Buy's along the way. Our me and you the only two left waiting?

I found a white Sprint one near by but really wanted unlocked which my husband has. But I doubt we'll leave Sprint. Actually Sprint is supposed to start selling pink one on Friday. That's an option if I knew I could get at least 500 for my 9 plus.

I called this one store just for the heck of it and they didn't even have the white Sprint one it said they had online. I could get a pink one from Sprint on the 29th or do the white unlocked on Amazon if I sell my phone on Marketplace. Guess I'll list it and see if anyone wants it.

Just got off the phone with best buy. They said they haven't got any unlocked flamingo pink s10+. She said that they have been in contact with Samsung and Samsung hasn't told them anything about when they will send more shipments of the pink. So they can't give a timeline. I asked if I should just cancel my order and order with Samsung because they said they can deliver it in the next 2 weeks. She said if it was her she would probably just get a refund and do that.
So I think I'm just gonna wait until the end of the week and I don't get my pink one I'm just gonna cancel and order a different color or thru samsung directly. So frustrating.

I've been following your dilemma since the beginning. I don't do S series (Note girl) but I follow all of the preorder shenanigans. With the trade in deal + your $200 BB gift card, it seems to be in your best interest to wait. I mean, you've waited this long so just hold out and get EXACTLY what you want at the best price, plus free buds. I know it sucks seeing everyone playing with their new toy, but just focus on the end game ;-)

With the trade in deal + your $200 BB gift card, it seems to be in your best interest to wait. I mean, you've waited this long so just hold out and get EXACTLY what you want at the best price, plus free buds. I know it sucks seeing everyone playing with their new toy, but just focus on the end game ;-)

And you're right but nobody seems to know anything about when it's going to be in at all. They didn't get it in tonight shipment! And white is my second choice or even blue now I've come too kind of like. I can get a white one Wednesday from Amazon and I did post my S9 plus on Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist for 5:50 and I'm throwing in a brand-new 256 SanDisk card and I'm sure they don't care about my case but they can have my case.

If somebody will buy my phone for the same price I'll just order off Amazon and use my $200 gift card to buy the buds plus my husband got $25 towards an accessory at Samsung for his phone being late. He wants my gear S3 and I might get an active watch. But I know I should just wait but I'm tired of waiting. And I'll never do Best Buy again neither. I'm even tempted to get a pink one from Sprint on Friday and not do unlocked if I can sell my phone.

Will you let me know if you have the same problem as I'm having with your phone when you get it? I'm thinking bout calling best buy and seeing if I need to return it. Idk if it's a sprint thing or if theres something not right with my phone. But it makes me sad that I waited as long as I did just to get something that doesnt load things
