My phone is being slow slow at loading everything. Is anyone having this problem? The battery isnt that great either. I'm up to date on everything I let the phone completly die and charged to 100 without using it while it charged and I'm having problems with everything loading slow still.

I got the glittery clear Spigen case too as one of my cases and I put my husband's prism white in it and it looked nice. but I tried the symmetry of the Best Buy yesterday on his phone it was purple violet. I liked the way it felt holding the phone.

But yes I'm having fun in Chicago. I'll be home tomorrow. And I just called Best Buy even though I've got no email and they're so busy that they said somebody would call me back from the mobile dept.

Maybe there's an app draining your battery. I don't think you're supposed to let your phone's completely die and charge to a 100% anymore. I don't know but keep us posted. How it gets better night have to reset it.

I did reset it but i went to bed and it seems better. Yesterday I tried a couple things to try and fix it. The phone is really pretty in this color I love looking at it. I read stuff saying it was a sprint problem that they were aware of. I wouldn't be surprised since sprint sucks lol.

Well I'm on Sprint and I hate it sometimes. There's places without Wi-Fi and I don't have a good signal and when there's no signal my phone battery drain so bad I just went to my hotel gym for an hour and a half to 2 hours and I went from 93 to 52 on my 9 plus and I thought I was on there wi-fi. I got a good deal on my old grandfather unlimited plan and a discount through work so I stay. But we got unlocked Note 8s cause we thought of switching and never did. Verizon's one of the best where I live but they're so expensive.

When I'm on Wi-Fi should I turn off mobile data maybe that'll help? I don't know but anyway if I don't get my pink phone soon I might just try to find a white one. Enjoy your phone!

Well I'm not really sure on your question. If you turn it off you may not get texts or calls unless you dont care about that. Then you could try turning it off while your in wifi. See if it saves it. I always close all my apps cause I know that drains it and when your not using the wifi make sure you turn the wifi off that will help your battery alot. I usually don't have my brightness pretty low. I also heard having your location turned on all the time drains it. My s7 edge wasn't awful on battery but it wasnt the best either. I wanted to go to version but it was gonna be like 120 just for myself. I only pay like 68 bucks a month when my s7 edge was paid off. So I stay lol i should have just went with Verizon but I'm cheap lol. Sprint used to be decent

I'm at 52% and it's 8pm here and I don't have the battery saver option on. I took my phone off the charger about 7am this morning. I also have Sprint.

I wonder if the battery is sucking since its constantly trying to load things and failing. Are you having trouble with loading. Sometimes it takes forever and sometimes it just straight fails.

I did had that problem during setup yesterday but I ended up stopping all of them and then loading them in groups.

I do remember that both the Samsung and Google restores were trying to run at the same time and both were trying to restore my apps. I had to stop them both.

I wonder if I should return the phone and see if a new one would keep loading the internet and apps slow. I don't know what to do.

It's like even when I use the chrome internet things dont want to load like it says it can't load the website or page or it will take forever.

Go into safe mode and try the internet from there. It sounds like it's probably an app issue. If it keeps doing it in safe mode it's definitely the phone.

Strip the phone down to only absolutely needed apps and do it slowly and see if it starts acting up after a particular addition.

How do you go into safe mode? I tried dialing the refresh number to refresh my signal. When I'm at my boyfriends house it acts fine no wifi or nothing. Which is weird cause it's a small town

Hey I just wanted to thanks for the support while I waited on my device. Anyone still waiting I hope you get yours soon. It seems like the ones really out there are just a few of the colors. Guess they didn't expect them to be this popular. I didn't get in on the pre order so I missed out on the buds, but I wouldn't have used them anyway so really I'm not losing anything, I saw that those were pretty back logged as well so best of luck. Just got my approval email from samsung for the buds. They are sold out but are giving me the 130 gift card. I like this better as I had no use for the buds.

I'm trying to decide what to do still no info what so ever on my phone. I can get a white one by wed in Amazon but under trade ins I only saw up to the S7. Or I'll have my dad order it for me. I'm so tired of waiting. What's the going rate to sell an unlocked 9 plus outright. I could do FB marketplace. I don't know!
