Just went to my local best buy to pre order and they said they don't have the option for blue in the S10+. Anyone have any luck getting a Prism Blue pre ordered through Best Buy?

Are you doing a trade in to knock the price down? Wasn't sure if that can be done online as their trade in and extra 100 off is a good deal

Might be that store. They might have run out of that color.

I have never traded a phone at Best Buy on a preorder. Will I be required to give them my phone at the store on the day I preorder or will they let me keep the phone I am trading in until my new phone arrives?

It should've told you when the pick up date or ship date. I originally ordered the blue and got a March 8 pick up date. But I canceled and got the "living coral" (pink), and got a we'll let you know when it's available for pickup. Looks like BB has already filled it's pre-order quota for release date pickups/deliveries.

Can someone clarify me the details on how BestBuy operates on their trade-in? We get our phones on March 8, but the deadline for the promo appears to say till March 7. Also, on the $550 trade-in, it says we get that as a BestBuy gift card. Can we use that as down-payment on the S10+? I realize the deal has to be on the AT&T Next Plan.

They will take your phone as a trade-in the day you pick up your phone. The 3/7 verbiage just means that it's a pre order only deal. When you get the gift card you should be able to use it as a down payment on the phone. Let them know your intentions before you pick up the phone so there's no confusion.
