BestBuy S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

Well in order for me to do the $550 trade in I had to go into store and will just pick it up when ready. I am sure they will get them sometime next week and not at the last minute on Friday but they won't let anyone have it early I bet. I'm fine with getting it on the 8th it's my off day from work.

I did it says We'll email you when it's ready for pickup.

Order Received that is all I get and when I called the store yesterday he said I should get it on the 8th.

I'm not sure then, maybe your pick up store doesn't have them yet. This is my first time preordering, so I am new to all of this.

Yeah you can remove the sim card, and it's just the phone. There's always gonna be people who have a rough time. I've pre-ordered multiple Samsung phones from Best Buy in the past and I've always gotten them day 1 with no issues. One year I even got it early.

To do the trade in, all you need is the phone itself. Nothing else whatsoever

I've pre-ordered from Best Buy in the past gotten from Samsung before and used to always get from Sprint way back. the 7 Edge was the last time I did Sprint than got the Note 8 through Samsung and the 9 plus through Best Buy. I forgot if my 9 plus was ready on release day or not may have been delayed a day or 2 I forget now. I just can't wait top get it though. I come here am and pm and have been watching several you tube videos. I still haven't ordered cases yet. I should be back at Amazon right now.

With all my previous orders from Best Buy it normally shows in progress first, which makes me think the could possibly have the phones at the store all ready. I'm not sure. I ordered a phone case early also and i don't recall seeing "you can pick up your order" with the date. It said in progress

Mine is saying the same. My card was charged Friday morning though and I went to my best buy today and they told me if they get it in earlier than the 8th they will let me know to come pick it up. I'm still planning on Friday for the pickup though but fingers crossed.

Preordered on the 27th of Feb. Availability on my paper from store says 15th but nothing on the site under my orders. Just that preordered and will notify when available

I just came from Best Buy I asked one guy so if it did come in early could we get it early like the carrier people are and he said sure. Than another lady she said they won't give the phone out until the official release date even if it came in early. She said something about not being legal and she doesn't see ow the carriers can do that. I said I pre-ordered on the 22nd and they all said I should get mine Friday. I chatted with a couple of the cell phone people they are getting the plus also and one guy has a countdown on his phone and says he can't wait neither.

But I went in there just to show my husband the phone in person he hadn't seen it yet and his will be coming from Samsung around the 15th. I didn't know they had the phone in 3 different spots and had white and blue also. I only saw black the other day and Flamingo my color was the only one not on display. But we played around with the phone a bit my husband wanted to see how you turn off where the cameras are to make it go black up top. Plus their is a new double tap to wake up setting which he loved on our old HTC's.

It's gonna be a long week I can't wait till Friday. I took a video of the phone it was showing a video on it about the phone like a screen saver maybe and then I took several pictures of the lock screen. I love how it changes every time you unlock it's too cool!

I just received tracking number from FedEx. Says label created for shipping. How long before the order usually ships? Said it would arrive by Wednesday.
