He is usually spot on. Those are some nice specs. I am anxiously awaiting the release.
No guarantee that this tweet is about the bionic. Sounds more like something from HTC due out end of the year. But we can hope.
I almost just wet myself...hoping that's the bionic but who knows.
My friend asked me to go with her to get a new phone today..she got the incredible 2... we were in the store for over 2 hours...I was debating on whether or not to get the charge or TB....but alas..I walked out. Moto better be happy I have such loyalty to them or else I'd be surfing the internet with a 4g phone right now.

sounds exactly like his latest tweet besides the 1.5 dual core. I'm leaning towards that this isn't the bionic he's talking about now.

I think it is the Bionic that he is talking about. Why would it be an HTC phone? It wouldn't make sense for Verizon to come out with another HTC phone with LTE before the Bionic is released, no matter what the specs are. I say its the Bionic and another phone from HTC will be out by the end of the year that matches these specs.

I hope that you are right!!! I hoping that it is the specs for the Bionic!!! I am waiting for BMX to confirm that it is The Bionic/Targa before I get my hopes high...
It's either the TI OMAP 4440 or the Qualcomm. Ask this guy what processor it is and you will have your answer if it's Moto or HTC.
BTW if it's the 4440 the Bionic will fly and it's a VERY simple upgrade from the 4430....

Just curious CK, if it came with WebTop would it be possible to root the phone and take it off? I don't like it either... I'm practically sold on the S2 right now, but if these are the new specs for the Bionic I might have to take a second look.
Wow really? I didn't realize that it couldn't be taken off... Now I see why you are so adamant about it. That's frustrating.
Why can't.Motorola just release this phone as a 3g phone to start then do.what they are comma do with the xoom? At least them it would be released then they can continue to research the 4g problems.
Because it is one thing to do that with someones tablet and something else entirely when you do it with their phone. People can live without their tablet for a few days, most of them have computers or phones they can use instead to cover the loss. However, most people only have one phone in their lives and that is whatever cell phone they are using. With communication being so important these days, very few people could get by without their cell phone for a whole week. That would be a disaster for Moto if they tried something like that, I'm fairly sure most people would pass.
As far as the specs and whether it is HTC or Moto, I don't really care, either way I'm interested. I've heard a lot of good things about HTC phones so I'd be fine with getting one from them.
If it is the Bionic then those are some killer specs, let's hold out hope that webtop isn't on it or maybe they made it so it doesn't constantly run. If it had issues that really killed performance on the Atrix, then let's hope that maybe they fixed those issues.
I'm just happy because if it does have a deal breaker feature then I'll just go with the SII for a while. I've seen some fairly impressive device specs as of late, that gives me hope that next year we will see some amazing phones that will be worth picking up at retail price. Losing out on unlimited LTE does not phase me all that much. I've spent all month at work constantly surfing the internet on my phone and doing some streaming as well....I only used 363 MB. I'm sure with a better phone I might use more, but I'm also switching jobs to one where I won't have time to use my phone all day. I've seen quite a few people say how they just want to get a phone before Verizon drops to tiered pricing, I'm just wondering how many of them really need it when all is said and done?
