I'm hearing too many stories of IbreakYouscrewme screwing things up... I'm starting to think avoiding them if possible might be the best call
But if they're the only authorized service center, that might be kinda hard unless you always go directly to sending in to Samsung. And that can come with it's own risks
For out of warranty work like a battery replacement, I'm definitely going to ask around for a good shop, and avoid IbreakYoubreakworse lol.
