Bluetooth will not stay connected to vehicle hands free system...keeps going from connected to disconnected to connected to disconnected, etc. I've tried everything I can think of to try to get this to work and nothing. Droid Inc worked flawlessly. Bolt (actually all 3 bolts I've had, on the 3rd one!) won't stay connected to any bluetooth for more than a few seconds. Most importantly, it won't stay connected to my 2011 GMC Terrain.

I found this thread on Google. Seems like there are others with this issue but I haven't seen many posts about it on the forums.

Anyone else having this? Any ideas what is going on?
I'm seriously considering returning this phone (I keep going back and forth) and these issues are really making it hard to keep it.

TIA!

I have the same problem with my 2010 Ford Edge. The only way I can get it to work (and stay connected) is if I manually turn off bluetooth on my phone before getting in the car. Once the car is on, I manually turn bluetooth on, and it will stay connected. Otherwise, if I forget, it will initially connect when I turn the car on and then about 5 or so minutes later it disconnects. Not really the best fix, but the best I have found thus far.

No issues here 2011 Chevrolet Traverse. We should have the same system.

I have a 2010 Cube and I am seeing the same thing. The thing is, I am seeing it with not just the car system, but a portable one as well. Does the same thing, connects then disconnects quickly.

I just had an issue trying to connect the wife's phone to our aftermarket Pioneer Nav. Her issue is that her phone kept saying "connecting... " but would never connect. The Nav would say "connected" but whenever we would try to make a call, her phone would never kick over to the bluetooth on the car.

The resolution for her was that the NAV asked during the registration if it could access her phone book. I initially kept saying 'yes', but finally said 'no' and it connected. I almost wonder if she has too many contacts in her phone to connect b/c I had no issue connecting with my phone. I only have 100 contacts or so while she has several hundreds.

2013 Honda CRV hands-free blue-tooth and Samsung Stellar will not stay connected either... any suggestions? I'm on my 3rd SIM card and 2nd phone and none of them work!:-\

I've been fighting this problem for about a year! And just last night found an app on Google Play store called Bluetooth Auto Connect. It's free and completely fixed my problem! Good luck because I know how frustrating that is!!
