Bought new SM-N910F yesterday, no lollipop upgrade. Why?

When I search for an update it tells me my current version is the latest. That is kit kat. I want lollipop now! Coming from HTC one m8 with smooth lovely lollipop. Help me.

If you have unlocked phone the Lollipop update is not available the Netherlands yet.

I think you'll find most SIM free Note 4s in Europe are still waiting for it. You can always manually flash the German rom if you that's what you want to do.

Is flashing it safe, and does it void the warranty? Any news as to why this is so late?

As long as you do it properly and use stock rom it will not void your warranty. I did it myself but went back to KK because of a few things I was not happy with. God only knows why this is so late, I guess Samsung may know something we don't.

According to SamsungUpdates (3rd party site) they are only pushing upgrades for S6 at the moment.
