Bricked, please help (yes i searched)

well... out of no where my phone wasnt able to get calls or text but randomly would connect to 3g internet coverage and also worked through wifi.

ive been running an older CM7 with no real issues except some reboots here and there. anyways, i decided maybe i need to upgrade and without really reading on how to upgrade, i bricked my phone.

went into recovery and wiped everything, cache, etc. tried to install .zip from the SD card but it would locate and open but after that it would error out. i tried the nighly, stable, and experimental.

now its just stuck at the HTC white screen. i cant even unroot it because its not being recognized by my computer.

please point me to where i need to go to fix it!

My first suggestion would be to try and flash a different ROM. If that doesn't work try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=971550

OK just noticed from your screen shot that you tried to flash a ROM for the supersonic aka the EVO. That's your problem. The ruu might be your only hope.

it worked! lol.... you saved me a ton of time going back to stock and then re rooting it. thank you so much.
