Can I see when I last had a particular SD card in my tablet/change activity for SD slot?

So I had an SD card die on me, and was using an older card as a stopgap. Bought a replacement, went to transfer files from the older to the new, only to discover the old one is gone. It'd be easier to find the thing if I could narrow down when it was last in my tablet, but I don't know if I can look up the history of swaps between cards in the tablet. Any ideas?
