Can it be done?

Every month at my volunteer fire department I have to fill out three truck reports. I've been doing this by hand on paper. I'd love to be able to fill out a form on my Xoom (or Droid X) and send to email as a PDF or DOC.

Anyone have any creative ideas on how this can be done?

I was thinking of a Google Docs Form but there's no way to output single responses to a formated document...that I know of.

You can use Documents to Go to create and edit Word Doc and Excel sheets, save it then use your email program to email them out.

Documents to Go also connects to Google Docs as well.
