Cant disable Screen Lock

i was using No Lock which worked great. last few days it wont work. i always have to unlock the screen by sliding down. so i uninstalled, reinstalled it, did a battery pull. download other no lock apps. something is preventing them from keeping the screen unlocked. any ideas?

Admin permissions? (I never heard of that app)
