Can't get Lollipop software update notification to go away

It keeps popping up every 45 seconds. I have Lollipop and HATE it. HATE HATE HATE it. My daughter's phone
keeps asking her to update. She doesn't want to upgrade so how do we get the phone to quit asking her. Even if
it is locked it turns itself back on and requests the update.

I think the best you can do is tell it "later" and set the time to prompt in the middle of the night. That's what I do
