i ordered mine on the att website yesterday around 8:30 PM PST. got a shipped email today but im sure it doesnt actually go out until tomorrow. got it for $199.99 with free overnight shipping and no upgrade fee. itll be my first android phone and i cant wait. ive had a blackberry for 3 years and i finally got frustrated enough to leave since they seem so far behind the competition.

Yup they changed it. I ordered mine at 7 this morning and no cancelation email - yet. Others who ordered late have been canceled. Crossing my fingers but I don't think that will help.

I was online here with you this morning and we both placed orders about the same time. I haven't got the cancellation email, either. Maybe a few of us will get lucky. I just hope to find out before to long Monday so I can get the phone ordered someplace else. Maybe try the "early upgrade" deal.

Looks like we did beat the deadline because my credit card has been charged. And correct me if I am wrong but once they take my funds they have to ship the device.

I am not sure about that Jeremy. I too have been charged, although it has not posted on my account.

My credit card was charged, plus I got a call from the credit card company checking with me about "possible fraudulent activity." The credit card company verified with me that I had made the purchase from letstalk Sunday morning. I'm going to call the walmart/letstalk customer service number this morning to take care of the "additional information needed" message that is on the order, and we'll see what happens.

Did you have to do the verification/more customer information needed process? I still have that message on my order status. I've been trying to get on the phone with their customer service but have been on hold the entire time.

Well I was royally skrewed over by lets talk. Not only did they cancel my account, they also have a hold on my cc card for 229 which will take 1-5 business days to be released back into my account. Pissed.

Not if they charged your credit card already... once that charge went through like it did on mine, they should have shipped the product. I just was not up to arguing it. Not worth it.

Got mine at WalMart this morning for 148.88 with 2-year extension.

Yesterday I almost pulled the trigger on buying four at 229.99 on their site, but I didn't feel right capitalizing on a clerical error. Today they list it at $499, and it looks like I wouldn't have gotten them at 229 anyway, by the sounds of these posts.
