Casting .mkv files to Chromecast

Hi guys,
I have a T815 tablet and a Chromecast 2. I want to cast some movies in mkv format to Chromecast. Can you help me with a solution and maybe some settings?
I use Bubbleupnp, but for some mkv files i do have troubles. The cast ia not fluid.
Any solutions?

Only way to cast MKV is if the app supports it (like AllCast), and that's basically acting like a Media Server, or if you mirror the screen, which depending on your connection might not be such a good experience. Also, MKV videos usually take a bit more processing power from the device, so if the processor lags, so will your video.

ES File Explorer File Manager along with the ES Chromecast Plugin might work. This will stream the file from your phone to the chromecast so its quality will depend on your phone's performance.
