I'm sure it'll be appealed. I just think the whole patent system is a bit of a joke.
My bigger problem is that we are getting hurt as consumers. With all the seemingly (I'm no expert, but this is how I take it face value) ubiquitous patents awarded, every company will be licensing from 15 others for every product they make. And that cost gets passed along to the consumers.
At this point, I really hope Google is granted the patent for the notification shade and sticks it to Apple for that blatant ripoff. Better yet, it would be nice if companies would stop using the legal system to fight their product battles and let the products do it themselves.

Ummm used to love him, Ghost Rider, Batman during childhood. Liked the 04 movie, never saw the 08 movie. Saw Jane's short called "Dirty Laundry." Was amazed. Decided to read all of the comics.

Gotcha. The first movie I watched on my home theater setup (short backstory: just moved into this house a few months ago from an apartment where I was afraid to push the limits of my stereo because it would disturb the neighbors) was the 2004 Punisher. Shook the house. I was quite pleased. Never got into comics though, I'm just a movie fiend.
Is anyone else seeing the crazy issues with post-times?
