Choppy video when viewing HBO GO via Dolphin Browser

HBO GO does work on my tab when I have Dolphin Browser on desktop mode. However, when I compare the video quality of that flash video versus Amazon Instant Video, the quality is much worse, and the video and audio don't sync as well. Anyone else having this problem? It's almost like it can't keep up with the frames per second or whatever.

It's almost like it can't keep up with the frames per second or whatever.

Watching a comedy series on HBOGO whether in the default browser or Dolphin, seems to go in and out of being slightly pixelated/blurry for a few minutes then going back to being crisp. There is no rhyme or reason (and it is using a 20 mbps wi-fi connection).

I believe I have had some sync problems, but not severe or overly annoying.
