Clear Case for MAXX - need suggestions

For those who care, I took a chance on a case on eBay that is TPU with a clear hard silicone back and it I like how it shows off the red back.

I paired it up with a Seidio suface holster - also purchased on eBay - and I have a perferct combo for me.

I was able to activate it with no problems.

Is the phone still working or did Verizon have it deactivated? Looking to buy one, but want to make sure it can be activated before I bid on one.

I can't confirm but I'd assume that it still works. I would have a difficult time believing that Verizon would lock an IMEI/ESN on the customer who bought it and pays their monthly service bill. I'm sure the employee in question may be held liable, but that's as far as I'd expect this to go.

Still active.

I can't see how they could shut it down. I didn't do anything wrong.

In fact, when I went to activate it I did call VWZ to do so after I inserted the SIM. The lady on the phone confirned that I wanted to activate a RAZR MAXX, I said yes, and she said 'you are all set, all you had to do was put in the SIM and it's actiaved'.

All good. Go for it.
