Custom ringtone deleted by phone

Hi.I downloaded custom ringtone from my laptop to my Moto g 3 as default ringtone using the ringtone maker app from Google play.Worked ok for a while then was deleted by the phone.hope some one can help

Not sure how that happened, try doing it all again and see if it sticks this time..
