There's a camera fix!!!

I just flashed it and it works!!

Fixes Netflix, Youtube app and stock camera (no video)

You will need to flash this zip everytime you update to a new nightly.

Wow this freaked me out a bit. Nightlie #6 has changed the options for when I plugged in USB to transfer a pic to my pc. The menu changed for USB Connection, the one to change your mode. Its now Portal and Tools(I tapped it and currently it went into CWM Recovery and backed up system/data then rebooted), Windows Media Sync, Memory Card Access(formerly USB Mass Storage) and Charge Only. Awesome.

I need a little schooling on this one. When you open Rom Manager and tap Download ROM and tap CyanogenMod nightlies then tap the latest build(#7 for example) to star it or leave comments it says You must log in using Web connect to rate ROM's or leave comments. Anyone know how would I go about doing that? Id like to rate/comment for the team. Thank you

is the camera fixed in #7? I saw cvpcs say something about a line of code he missed that should get everything working

It worked for me, partially in #6. But now in #7, it is back to snapping the picture with the onscreen button but thats as far as it goes. The image taken freezes on screen,(orientation of settings icons and little square of gallery rotates)and clickies will not work except for home.
Also a new issue I am having is when I go into my gallery and select a phto and tap share, I use the stock messaging app. It will attach it and let me put the number in but when I hit send it fails saying I entered an invalid address. I have not changed my routine of picture sending using Messaging. Also Vignette is not working again. It even has a different interface on screen than normal Sent a message to them.

Yea I uploaded the files yesterday but Im hoping I dont have to install them every time I update the nightlie until we have the final working build.

try this
Settings>Application Settings>Default Messaging App, and change that to All

My X suddenly rebooted itself earlier and got stuck on the M. I've tried SBFing twice and though it appears that the SBF completes fine, I'm still stuck on the M logo. I can't get into stock recovery; I can only get into bootloader mode. Any ideas for help? I've tried removing the sd card and that hasn't done anything.

I'd say check the file you are SBFing. If it is corrupted in any way it could cause a serious problem. Or try flashing a different OS version, try the new GB SBF. Thats all I can think of. I'm sure there are more experienced people to help but no-one seems to be on top of it right now so I'll try my best :p good luck.

i got stuck on boot logo after an SBF once before, what got me out of it was leaving the battery out for like 5 minutes then popping it back in. i don't remember what *exactly* I did after I put the battery back in (maybe wipe data/factory reset), but I DO remember that the battery being out for a few minutes seemed to clear up whatever my problem was. Hopefully your issue is that easy, too. Good luck...
