Daughter passed. Need photos from her phone but have no pin

My daughter passed. She was our resident photog and we would really love some of her photos. I have a password to her account on Samsung but no pin. Verizon said they could unlock it but I would lose the photos. Is there a way around that? Any suggestions would be meaningful. I know this is a touchy subject but we have no interest in her texts or messages. Just really want her photos. Thanks SSO much!

Unfortunetely Verizon is correct. without factory resetting the phone there is no way to unlock it without knowing the pin

Hello, very very sorry for your loss. If your daughter had her photos backed up to a cloud service like Google Photos or Samsung Cloud you might see if that's an avenue you could take.

Ya that makes sense, as you said you have the password for her account. I think Samsung defaults the cloud backup to ON as well so it's very possible
