So I got the Rom working, but I can't get into Settings or Email. Says "could not launch the requested activity", so I am unable to update my profile. They also don't seem to have their normal icon image. Other than that everything else seems to work. Any suggestions?

Well I removed Email so that's why you can't get into that, but settings should definitely work. What did you come from before flashing nROM v1.3?
I went straight to 1.3. I rooted with z4root, and had the thunderc custom recovery on. I just took the ROM off and downloaded your v1.2 and now the settings work, but like you said the email doesn't which makes sense now that you explained that.

You should be able to flash v1.3 and have settings work now. I might just release v1.3 as a patch since it is acting funny.
ah, k...I thought that maybe if I started with 1.2, then I could get it to work for 1.3. Thank you for your help and the awesome ROM!

Correct, you should be able to flash straight from stock without a wipe.
EDIT: Don't forget to reboot to recovery some time after the first boot to clear dalvik-cache. This will give you an extra ~40mb of data to install applications.

Nick, one more issue. My android keyboard causes a force close. Do you by chance have just the gingerbread keyboard I can reflash?
I loaded nRom 1.3.1 over the stock sprint rom.
Flashed the zip, rebooted, waited, rebooted into recovery, cleared dalvik, rebooted.
Looks good and speed is nice, but I can't install any widgets?
Whenever I long press the main screen, choose widgets, it just closes.
I'm using ADW EX 1.0
Anyone else see this issue?

still a no go. I can use better keyboard for now to get by. But i hate the lack of auto correction on it.

Nick, it actually did work. I just forgot to go in and enable the keyboard in settings, so it was defaulting to the android keyboard and causing the error.
