I just reflashed nROM again after wiping everything (again) and the bluetooth is working with my car, maybe it is a fluke I'm not sure. I am so sorry that you put some new work in a new version but everything is working again...

Could you PM the other guy with steps that you took to fix it for me?

Hey There Nick7,

I run your ROM, and I enjoy it a lot. I overclock at 864mhz and I have a quadrant score of 611. I get zero lag on angry birds when I go this fast.
I am now looking in to legoROM, because I like the idea of choosing what to flash. I will mostliky use legoROM, untill CM7 has a fully stable (non-beta) release that supports the wifi hotspot tethering via Quicksettings.

You can flash those too, what kernel did you have in mind? nROM includes Xionia 007 kernel.

I used one of beezys kernals when I was on lego because xionia slows your phone down when your connected to wifi

Oh okay, yeah flash away, all kernels are compatible with nROM.

ok now im having problems with my phones sensor status. I couldn't get it to flip into landscape mode so i checked the sensory stats from my phone info app and there's no numbers at all. I'm not sure if it would or not before i flashed beezy's kernal what should i do or is this just a glitch with nROM in general. (I've only been using it for 12 hours so i wouldn't really know)

nROM_v1.5.2_VC.zip has the ability to update PRL and profile but only works for VC software versions.

The accelerometer works, just reflash the ROM and you'll be back to normal.

Did you run multiple speed tests using both kernals to compare the two or are you just going by a seat of the pants feeling?

Actually i was told that it did that a long time ago but it must of been fixed because im not having any problems with it now

Hey Nick, just a little think that you could add to your /system/tweaks script, can you add the ability to change the Wifi scan interval?

Dialer / Contacts

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but just switched back to this ROM from CM7. Did complete wipe of everything and running the 1.5.2_VC version. For some reason, I can't get the dialer to maintain my Favorites settings. I click on a contact and say 'add to favorites' but it never adds the contacts there, i still have a blank list (or more accurately a list of frequent contacts but not the favorites).

Any suggestions?

I just confirmed that this works. Once you have a contact pulled up, press the star in the top right corner. Also ensure that you have sync enabled.

Just tried it. Star turns green but when I back out of contact, it doesn't stay that way in the favorites like it has in previous builds/ROMs. That being said, I don't have my contacts syncing to Google since it seems to destroy the structure for when I re-sync with my Outlook/Thunderbird and I lose data fields. I've never had that enabled though in the past and it's worked. Tried a reboot. Maybe I'll try to flush cache or something, perhaps I'm only one having this issue. Easy enough to work around if no one else having the issue.
