Trying to cook a battery mod in the UOT kitchen. And i get an error when I try to flash the zip. Do I need to upload the framework-res.apk and the SystemUI.apk to the kitchen?

Edit-- I think I found my answer. Is this not possible because this rom is still odexed?

I used Google Voice when I flashed CM now I have a stock voicemail notification that will not go away. I call my VM and I have no messages. Would l wiping cache and dalvik fix this loop?

Can't hurt to try.

yep and paypal isn't on v9 yet either... T.T, but not a deal breaker, i'm liking gingerbread, and CM settings are what i've been missing since i got off the htc saphire

Dude.. paypal totally works. I had it installed from my titanium backup, and just logged in with it right now to verify.

Also if you were coming from thunder or stock or nrom or Lego you should wipe data, cache and dalvek and flash the format-system.zip

Anyone getting problems with the audio still? Is there a way to make the audio like stock/thunderom?

actually, yes. even though i just flashed the newest nightly. this the same for anyone else as well? or is it just the price we have to pay for gingerbread awesomeness..

You guys rock your your making people everywhere very happy both optimus S and optimus V keep up the good work is their always only going to be nightlies or will you eventually have a stable build for full release
And is their anyway you could fix the MMS issue for optimus V

Couple pages back Zefie said that once there's a stable build for the S he may work on a V specific build (him or someone else can't quite remember). From what I'm reading about the V the mms will take some time though, because of how Virgin sets up their mms.

Please correct if I'm wrong.

Whenever I reboot the phone, a voicemail icon comes up telling me there is 1 voicemail. I have only used google voice and have never used sprint's VM. It was never even setup. Any idea's why this would be happening?

I flashed Xonia CWMA I didn't need to flash the format. And I wiped Dalvik and cache and it came back.

doesnt happen for me and I don't use sprint vm either.

Although, based on previous experiences with non-smartphones, just because you didn't set up your Sprint VM doesn't mean somehow one didn't slip past.

You might have to set up the sprint VM BS and verify there are no messages then end the session with the * option.

First time poster here. I want to thank all the developers involved with bringing this awesome ROM to the Optimus S, especially zefie.

I'm running the current nightly, and having a problem with the bluetooth headset when making phone calls. Some times I can't hear a single thing, and other times I can barely make out the voice on the other end because of the distortion/white noise. It kind of sounds like listening to a radio station that's not properly tuned in.

The weird part is that the headset works perfectly fine when listening to music or playing voicemails using the Sprint's voicemail application. I'm not sure if this is the same as issue 19 in Google issue tracker. Can anyone else who has a bluetooth headset confirm if they're having same/similar problems?
