Just to let you know, I flashed this with GNM recovery on my Optimus V, everything works great. Wifi, 3G, GPS, it all works. Obviously little things like the notification pulldown says Sprint, and menu/home are reversed, but thats all easy stuff. We will also need different MMS settings of course once you get that going on the Optimus S, but other than that, it appears this runs great unmodified on the Optimus V. The screen off animation you can turn on in Cyanogen Settings is very cool. Just refreshing the thread now every few minutes waiting for the new version for screen brightness! Didn't have the guts to try the Clockwork recovery yet though...
Also quick question, when a new version is released can we just flash it over this or do we need to clear data each time? Thanks for all your hard work, I will try to donate when I can.

It's usually a good practice to clear cache and dalvik when you flash a new version. You usually don't have to do a factory wipe, but major changes between versions could warrant that.
Just for for completeness' sake, is there a way to go back to FroYo if this ends up not working out? I don't want a repeat of what happened to my Intercept...
Maybe it is me (because i've played with it all day) but my phone seems to be running a bit warmer than usual with a temp of 92.4 F, with no overclocking at all. Like I said, could just be me though.

This works on both VC and V9.
If you want to go back to stock Froyo, flash the Froyo Community Build, (search for it, it's on here somewhere). If you want to go back to ThundeROM or VCRom or NRom or anything, just flash those. Probably want to wipe data/cache/dalvik in between, but no worries otherwise...as far as I understand this is just another, (though awesome) ROM. I flashed back and forth between NRom and CM7 without issue.

USB Storage worked before, but I lost it. I'll try to fix it if someone else doesn't before I come back. I am gonna take a little break. I might pop in to fix USB though (or at least get it back to where it was on the bug report)

Wireless Tether app as in the app in the market named Wireless Tether.
The app spews out Ad-Hoc mode so this is not the Infrastructure mode built into Froyo & Gingerbread.

The dropbox link is giving me a 404, but maybe it's still uploading...regardless, get some sleep, man. If you get sick or something, we'll have to wait even longer for updates
there is a bug with the incall screen. When you make a call, the rotary lock screen is on the screen behind the buttons

I think he must be incorporating some fixes i.e. USB connection? Let's wait some more for our fix!
Quick question - IF say I flash version 15 now, would I have to clear my data upon going to future versions? Just debating if I want to play with it now or wait. Of course, probably won't be a long wait.
