GNM recovery users have reported success. V9 radio is untested, only VC. You can try it.

Looks like normal dithering to me. The lcd can only handle 65535 simutaneous colors, so it dithers.

BUT, there is a 3d issue because quadrant dies, so who knows

My prior phone did not do this, I mean yes I could see it on prior phone by angling the phone. While looking directly at the screen you can see it dither right before your eyes, and its like its stops short. I know its nothing to do with this rom, this being a form of aosp the drivers shouldnt require new baseband like VC did.

First of all, major props to everyone involved in this!

I'm currently running ThundeROM 1.6.2 with the original Thunderc custom recovery, and I haven't updated to VC or any of that.

Would I be able to wipe data and flash this, or do I have to switch to Clockwork recovery/upgrade the radio/anything else?

a data wipe and you should be able to flash it, but no guarantees

so far i have only flashed this on the V9 radio and without issues.

Same, no real issues on v9. In fact, just reread through this and noticed some people were talking about issues with video in Quadrant... and unless my version is out of date, I honestly can't see any difference, not even in a nitpicky "the colors are very slightly off or there's less of them" way.

I ran on V9 with no problems with 214, can't wait to try out 215 or 216 with VC tonight, (went through the whole Stock -> VC thing last night without problem).

Does anybody elses button lights stay on? Not sure if its been this way since I installed #15 this morning but I just noticed my lights are on 24/7. Running nightly #15, with button remapper app, remapped "search" button to a "power" button. Maybe its the remapper app?

Thanks

I'm not having this issue. Maybe try it w/o the button remapper?

Not sure if this is of importance but just want to mention that I upgraded to VC via LG Updater, Rooted it, flashed CWMA and then installed CM7.

So CM7 runs fine on VC.

Can I go back to NRom till the Gingerbread kinks are ironed out? Will the radio be a problem?

Neither CM7 nor NRom muck with the radio, (unless I'm really wrong here). I don't see why you need to unroot or return to stock. NRom works on both V9 and VC, as does CM7...so I don't see why you can't just wipe data and install.

Hell, Nick says you shouldn't even wipe data, just flash NRom.

Do you have any problems regarding to the lockscreen ? Does the beam animation work ? Thank you !
