Thats the one thing i hate, so i stole the galaxy s shutdown animation from my roommate's captivate. Other then that i love this rom it might be a nightly but its my daily rom.
It looks like Gmail sync has been turned off by default again, so don't forget to turn it back on if you're wondering why you're not getting email notifications.

For me this just happened with the first account i set up the other two by default did set gmail to sync.

Well i believe you fail because those of us who have been following and testing this rom are tired of those who don't have the time to read the posts before they ask such trivial questions especially with a "Testing:" rom that is so close to completion.
So you expect someone who's comfortable with messing around with ROMs and such, who is new to this forum, thread, or hell even the Optimus to read 180+ pages before even asking one question? Alright... high expectations but... alright...
I was fortunate enough to follow this from the start, but I feel bad for some newcomers with how large this has gotten.
I'm a new comer to android central and have been active on xda for about a year. Some of the threads on xda are 600+ pages. There is a search function here that I don't see a lot of people using. Searching can reduce the amount of reading that would be necessary to find the answers. I do understand that many new comers may not know how to search a thread. However, we should not only be patient with them but also educate them on how to find what they need on the forums. Just my 2 cents.

You should GTFO and never work on your phone. You're an ignorant idiot and im mad at myself for missing this post. There is a change log zefie has explained how to access it and where it is for those wanting to read it so you fail for failing to do due diligence to find it. Shut up and get out. If youre that concerned with rules stop posting on a forum designed to break the rules our carriers and manufacturers placed.
Chillax... Last i checked this was a public FORUM where people come to ask smart and dumb questions, and ask for help. If you dont want to help them then don't, no need to get bent out of shape. Who made you boss? Last I checked, the one doing the work is Zefie and I don't hear him complaining. Some people just don't know yet, so give them a break and a chance to learn.
On the brighter more productive side I'd like to report that my email works now on the new nightly for outside email other than gmail. Never did before (i may have been the only one) because I don't use gmail, i prefer Yahoo. I finally have my email back which is great. I know there were some questions around Bluetooth being possibly fixed with the new push, because it mentioned it in Zefie's git, but sadly I have to report that i still have issues with mono, but still works great with transferring files and stereo bluetooth sets. We appreciate all the hardwork zefie is doing and thanks to anyone who has provided help in the past and continues to be helpful. You are the ones that make this a great forum.

not getting bent out of shape, i'm just slowly rounding that way so leave me alone, and quit calling me fat, lol. I can handle questions, they don't bother me the first or second time even the tenth or 15th time, but when we get to the point that ever three or four posts is the same question, we're going overboard on the dumb scale and it's time to start thinning the pack. You're right it is Zefie doing the work, and mik_os and the wonderful CM group, but they've got enough to deal with why make them deal with a minus on the forum? I didn't know jack **** in November, but a little bit of forum searching and low and behold i'm at the point where i DO help people. I've gotten on someone in this very thread and immediately sent them a PM with all the information that they needed and wanted so please understand i'm not above helping people learn, just how they do it needs to be in a productive method that doesn't detract threads or fill them with unnecessarily repeated questions over the same issue. Even though the biggest issue, bluetooth, is clearly posted on the OP, people are continuing to post about it. Now it's understandable after new builds but damn. Look at two posts above this one...
i'm not mad at you or really at anyone else in particular and i know that no matter how much i rant it's not going to fix the issue, but we're chill calm and collected here.

Hai hai, ill back down a bit, i suppose not every forum is a car forum lol. Anyways sorry for the trouble.
For some reason since the latest ipdate my phonehas only been on 1x havsnt switched to 3g once. Also any way to get the lg hiddwn menu wprking? Keep up the great work zedie

I have had that happen before. I fixed it by switching to Airplane mode then switching back to normal.

Gave it a shot no luck. On 2 bars of 1x.
Funny just checked said my baseband version was unknown
CM7 doesn't display baseband version....some weird something or other, (might be in known issues, not sure...).
