This is for the Optimus S. You have an Optimus V. Not to be rude, but the first step would be to go back to your own forum and search. This is a known issue between the two devices.

I still can't understand why all the Optimus V users expect me to fully support their device when I don't have one and the fundraiser idea to buy me one was rejected. If everyone wants me to work on the V so bad, I can start a fundraiser so I can buy one and officially support it with Xionia and CM7. Without owning one, it is impossible for me to officially support it.

Look at what happened with MMS on the S just because I don't have an S to test with anymore. I don't even know how to test or fix it since I don't have the device.

Tmobile theme chooser

First off, THANKYOU Zefie!!!! This is a GREAT Rom and from other forums I've read, this is one of the more glitch free roms.
Now, for the last week I have been searching to figure out why a few themes that I have tried to load dont take.
First, I downloaded from the market the Vivid theme. It came up on the theme chooser then when applied I get "Theme error, This theme was improperly compiled and cannot be applied..." After that I sent the dev a message and then started searching.
One thing I found was, maybe the rom I'm using has an outdated version of themechooser.apk. I don't think this is the case but I don't know.
I am on the 04192011 build and its working great!
Next I found 2 different zips on XDA from the dev. I followed the directions but when I flash them I get "E:Missing file: system/app/soundback.apk E:Verification failed"
Any ideas???????

I dont know how to set the permissions for the theme chooser but I did try the Mixer zip on the second page and it did work!
I don't know if its possible but, can someone post a flashable themechooser.zip that would solve this issue? I'm not even sure its a chooser issue since someone took the theme file and recompiled it and now it works...

I see what your saying but I have downloaded several times and usually have to flash gapps several times. It is strange as the gapps seem to be installed but no icons appear in the drawer. Oh well I won't switch back until BT is fixed.

I am ******ed its the actual Facebook app that force closes from the new update not cm7 causing it, and to get that mixer them on xda just search for rover mix and it has the latest theme for download, I personally think its the best, nice icons and animations...

my MMS works perfectly fine. weird

lol, it wouldn't be my main phone so it wouldn't bother me if it crashed all day long. What bothers me is when I need to use my phone and it does everything except act like a phone

I reinstalled the update just clearing cache abd it all works fine now!

I'm unsure if this rom is the reason for this but I have been experiencing degrading video quality since I flashed CM7. Is there any way to fix this?

I just rolled back to an old version of facebook with titanium backup... i will wait a few weeks then update

Anyone else having issues with the theme chooser? I have no idea why soundback.apk would be an issue...

I tried to apply the steel blue theme with theme Chooser and it showed that message. Plus Facebook is still force closing with everything I push, it also wont fully synchronize my contacts.

I also rolled back to facebook v 1.5.2 and now its fine. Also gonna wait a few weeks to update.
