Yeah that's what I thought was the issue, so I lowered it to I think 747 and haven't had any problems with it

Why is it that the App2SD feauture on this CM7 rom compared to Reborn rom reduces the space stored on phones so much more drastically than Reborn? I compared multiple apps where the CM7 rom would reduce size but a significant portion. One of the programs I compared it with was Photaf which was around 10-12 mb and when moved to SD on CM7 it would be around 500-800 kb and 6.5 mb on Reborn. I was just wondering because it would be great if other roms could move apps like this rom could.

you're seeing ODEX vs. DEODEX I believe.

how did you got it working. I am also stuck at guy playing guitar screen. I am coming from Reborn ROM. I am now trying flashing this rom again over itslef as someone suggested. but still stuck at the same screen.

This uses stock gingerbread launcher. ADW plays no part.
Thanks. Installed ADW and it worked like a charm.

I noticed the new lockscreen formats and while they look good, the radial ones are too high. When calls come in, it blocks part of their name.

Another question: How closely does this rom follow the official CyanogenMod repos? I'm especially interested in the new feature that lets you selectively block permissions from apps.

after i install the cm7 i will reboot but after the two lg screens it will go to a black screen and stay there, doesnt go to the cm7 animation, wont boot, any idea?
thanks

To the ones having issues, try redownloading and make sure you wiped everything

Just flashed this a few hours ago and am loving it.

On a side note is there a way to get a battery that show percentage remaining in the notification Ala the reborn rom?

Try

menu>>cynaogenmod settings>>interface>>status bar tweaks

click battery percentage.

At least that works on aosp. I'd suggest you spend some time going through all the settings available in cynogenmod settetings.
