Just want to say thanks for this ROM and the awesome update! Flashed over 1.5 (no wipe) flawlessly and went from 64mb of internal memory to 125!! Also I think it's gorgeous! Love the new notification icons for usb, email, etc. and the lock screen sliders are slick!

Coming from the Hero less than a week ago, I've been thrilled with the mods on this little Optimus! Thanks again devs!

Is SetCPU included in this ROM? If so, you should remove it ASAP, because the developer at XDA-Developers.com who created the app specifically said he doesn't want it included in ROM's.

I personally know and have talked to the developer of the app and know that he doesn't and both of us being mods would mean we know the rules about stuff like that. I see how you could mistake how the post was stated.

I think he had SetCPU installed from his last flash, and just kept it installed.

This thing is the thing that I did.

Already had SetCPU, (was running Xionia with TR 1.5 before). No need for pitchforks and torches ;).

Great job!

Excellent update! Super smooth and sleek. Embarrassed to say how excited I got when I saw 1.6 was posted...lol.

Keep up the great work.

Got a diffrent main page up for the ROM download, still working the layout and such but it looks less horrible now, will get more work done on it this weekend. (hopefully).

So far we are at 91 downloads!

I will be making most of the general tools required in our little Optimus S area, z4root, recovery images, etc. avalible on the page, as well as all the previous ThundeROM releases.

Wow, new page looks amazing. Great job!

Just a quick question. Before I rooted and flashed, I was getting about 3.5 mflops. Now, with 1.6, I am getting 8.3 mflops. Is this a normal jump? Should I score better?

Im taking it you mean linpack scores and if that's the case,no everything is normal. In linpack higher is better. Thats more then a double in score. I would say everything is good.

Am I doing something wrong? I am flashing to 1.6 from 1.5. The first time I tried to flash using the Custom Recovery, it immediately told me the zip was bad. I redownloaded it and copied it over. Rebooted into Custom Recovery and it stops on Verifying update package...E:Corrupt file: /system/app/cm-android.apk E:Verification failed Installation aborted.

That still sounds like a corrupt download somehow. As long as you have no ext partition then I would say download again and if it fails again toggle the signature verification in recovery then try.

I wondered if that's what was happening...cause the d/l will just stop at about 29MB for me and then I will have to stop it, delete what I have so far and start it again. I don't have an ext partition, so I think I'm okay there.

Thanks for the quick response. I will try d/ling again!

Thanks guys for your work on the 1.6 release. Love that ThundeROM releases just plain work because of the testing I know went into them.

I have noticed that when calling, it takes longer to "dial" than it normally would before TR. Is this a known issue?
