Yeah n/m the radio is static. You're probably still on V9 radio. You're going to want to go HERE and follow part 3 or 4 depending on your recovery

No problem. One quick note, your probably going to want to download ThundeROM 1.6.2, which can be found HERE, and flash that before you update via the lg mobile phone tool. The reason i say that is right now if you connect the tool will say you have the most recent software (because technically you do) but what we need to do is update your baseband. Flashing 1.6.2 will put you on a ROM thats compatible with your current baseband, then use the tool, then flash 1.8.2.
I have a question. Is there a way to combine thunder rom scotts gingerbread roms? Or possibly a zip file for the ring tones?
i flashed the updated version of this rom to my phone, and now i cant connect to sprint. any suggestions?
I'm a Go dev fan. Go launcher ex + Go launcher ex notification + Go weather + Go sms + Go contacts. Eagerly awaiting the launch of Go IME and Go browser and you can bet I'll use those too

I have GoSMS and it's my fave compared to Handscent sms it is SOO much better.
Their launcher is okay, I personally like ADW wayyyy better.
Internet not working??
I have installed everything correctly and I try to connect to the internet and it won't connect!
I would try and search through this threadfor fixes or something I'm doing wrong or if they're is an update etc but there's so many pages...
don't get mad at me either if I'm posting this in the wrong thread...
i'm totally new to this.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the ROM it's beautiful and everyone did a wonderful job making it...i just wish the internet would connect when i have it installed
Makes me sad

Try updating your Profile. (Menu/Settings/About Phone)
Look in the "about phone" section in your settings menu. What does the"SW Version" string say?
Just found android central website. What if anything is not working with this rom. Looks great. Sms, voicemail, gps, camera all work? Just checking. Thanks in advance
Yep, that is the problem then. TR 1.8 and 1.8.2 are based on VD. You can use the LG Updater to get to VD, and then flash 1.8.2 and still keep your root.
You need to use the LG Mobile Updater to update to VD before flashing ThundeROM. Also, make sure you have a custom recovery installed.
