Darn it! on my samsung.com order history page, it now says Feb 17th.

why why why?

may i ask what others are seeing who ordered directly from samsung.com please? thx.

well, for one, @evohicks is in the UK, so that's quite different. i'm in the US.

How you finding the phone? Mines still at order confirmed. Phoned this morning to ask why some have got theirs and to jolly mine along bu don't think it will make any difference . Did get a code for a Samsung case though, for a pound as a way of apologising

Did you order through TMobile or Samsung? My order through Tmobile has followed that progression every year since the S7. Samsung and other carriers follow different order if progression.

So I ordered 2 S23 Ultra with 2 different delivery dates? But the Shop Samsung app says the second order for the green S23U is on back order?

Feb 2nd Ordered Phantom Black
Fedex label say delivery by Feb 15th

Feb 6th ordered Green
Fedex label says delivery by Feb 13

not only is my fedex page still saying label created only, and not saying in transit, but
the samsung.com page still has the cancel button

anyone else with this configuration and have seen movement of their phone already?

considering that i still see the cancel button on my samsung.com order history page, it doesn't seem like they are ready to hand it to FedEx yet, right?

don't they always remove the cancel button a day or two prior to actual shipping, right? sort of makes sense.
