Design: Hope I Don't Offend But I Just Gotta Know....

I personally never understood what all the grumbling was about. I thought the phone looked cool in the photos and now that I have it, I have to say I love the design and feel of the phone.
So far, not one single complaint, awesome device!

When I saw photos of the phone, I was impressed. I wasn't prepared for how absolutely wonderful the phone is in person. It was stunning. It far exceeded my expectations on every level in aesthetics.

I took my phone over to my friend's kiosk where I had a coating put on the front until the full, pre-cut coating is made, and the team were fawning over the phone. They were in love with it.

It truly is a fantastic looking phone and not a single photo does it justice.

I'm curious, what kind of coating could you put on that would be tougher than its own Gorilla Glass 2? This is my fourth HTC, never used screen protectors, and never had a scratch.

I know people have been complaining about the back of the device, but in all honesty once you get this thing in your hand its the last thing you think about..HTC really hit this one out the park. One of the coolest things for me is when I get up in the morning and pick it up is that the metal is ice cold. Its a small thing but the last few mornings though I have though of how awesome it feels

I didn't like the design at all...I was angry we didn't get something akin to the One X. But now that I have it, I kind of like it. It is so thin that the rectangle kind of works. The top part isn't as bad fingerprint wise as was reported (though not great) and the kickstand is the nicest one I've ever used (although not super easy to deploy).

Still, I am going to install this and see how it looks:
