I also confirmed by phone that they will ship out tomorrow overnight , for Friday delivery. They will be out finally! Now the waiting game for a tracking number starts....

If they're shipping them ALL overnight, I'm going to be pissed for wasting money on overnight shipping. I suppose I should call them and see if I can get a refund for the shipping costs, but I think I'll wait until the hype dies down.

I think it may be just for people who picked overnight shipping but I'm not sure. I guess we will know tommorrow for sure.

I actually just got off the phone with them with a non-shipping question about my order (I told them I wouldn't pester them about shipping, and she laughed). Anyway, after answering my question, she went ahead and told me that the phones would start shipping tomorrow and for me to just keep an eye on my order status..

Quick question guys... I have an GS2 on ATT, i'm just planning to switch over SIM card. Since the GS2 i have was not LTE, would i need a new SIM card for LTE to function? Or would it work with existing card.
I'm asking because back in the day when 3G just came out, I had to "upgrade" SIM cards to get that mind blowing 3G speed!!

You will need to go get a micro SIM. IIRC the S2 doesn't have one and especially if it wasn't the LTE variant.

Yes, new SIM will be required. Since I'm coming from an iPhone 4s I need to do the same thing. I stopped into an AT&T store by my office the other day and they even confirmed that i won't lose my grandfathered unlimited data plan from the OG iPhone when I upgrade to the LTE data plan even though I'm not renewing my contract. I was floored, I was sure I'd have to give that data plan up. I got the guys name and told him I'd be in on Friday and that I'd find him to do my activation.

If I recall correctly, they don't. You'd have to wait until Monday.

That is incorrect. The SIM card in your iPhone 4S, WILL work just fine the HTC One. You will need to switch over from the iPhone data plan to the normal one though. But, yeah they will let you keep your unlimited plan.

I don't think this SIM will allow me to get on the LTE network. I could be wrong though.

Yep, all you need to do is call them and they can switch it over. I just did this about a month ago, coming from a 4S to a S3. LTE and all....

If you ask for overnight shipping on your order initially, like I did, they will take the charge off and still ship it overnight. Just call the number on the email confirmation by shipping time TOMORROW! Yeah..

I agree, I've been trying to be patient but it's killing me seeing all these posts were someone ordered one the 16th and getting their's today or tommorow. Every Android device I've ever preordered has came after people who ordered later LOL! I have bad luck with preordering.

The process has changed several times since my order early on. Check your spam folder on any filters you have. I received my confirmation before a temp charge was made to my card, but they may be doing it differently now. That charge will likely sit there in a "pending" status and then disappear only to reappear when they actually ship the device.

Nothing in spam. Maybe they're just slow to process the order.

Hopefully this doesn't impede my $100 trade-in.

My wiener just fell off. I'll take that as a sign my One is shipping tomorrow.
