Did you keep your S8 / S8+?

Love my S8+!! Both my me and my husband are coming from iPhone 7 pluses! We both aren't going back anytime soon.
What's the main advantage you see over the iPhone 7 Plus ? I always had a little interest in them but hasn't tried them out. I've got the 8plus..loving it !

Customization- but that's just Android in general. The only thing you can do on an iPhone is change the wallpaper. LOL. On Android, you can change almost anything.

I returned mine after returning home from vacation with it. An absolutely beautiful device and the specs were top-notch but I just can't come to terms with the curved screen. I had a good case but no screen protection, which for this phone always had me " on edge". I really wish Samsung would have made a flat-screen version of the S8+. And being on Verizon unlocked phones really aren't an option so my choices are few. However, if there's a better concensus on a screen protector for the S8s I'll gladly consider it again.

I am waiting for the Note 8. I have been tempted but I shall not succumb. Praise jeezus!

this device will be going back as soon as the new htc flagship drops. while it is a great looking device. i cant get over the battery life and the red tint on my device. i have changed nothing with my usage since day 1 and the battery life was awesome, now it ****s the bed and i need to charge it once before i leave work because i have an hour drive home. its dissapointing

Kept my s8+ for just over 2 weeks before getting itchy feet again and ordered the LG G6 to replace it with. I like the s8+ but I was starting to have issues with the rear camera. The camera app was becoming very stuttery (unless you changed to 16:9 and it became smooth again) and also many times I launched the camera and it was seriously blurry and couldn't focus but if I shook the phone it ofter cleared so I'm thinking a problem with the OIS. I had the iPhone 7Plus before the s8+ and I'd say the iPhone cameras were miles ahead of both the s8+ and the LG G6 and I still think the LG is a better shooter than the Galaxy

Keeping mine but just hate I feel it's like I'm carrying a new born. Screen protector and case yet all the crap about it being so fragile. I jumped from the S5 Active and wish they had an S8 Active already.

Don't get caught then whateverone says if you have a case on it and you're not careless you should be fine

Oh believe me I have a case and glass screen protector and carry it basically like it's an egg.

I have a case on mine and I am very careful with it but I don't let it overstress me that is unless of course I leave it in the starbucks store like I did the one day l o l. Luckily though I remembered before I left in the car

I've got an S8 and S8+ here and I just can't help but feel like I am going to drop this S8+. I don't use cases, just microfiber Fitbag pouches. If the S8+ was a little wider / less top heavy I might feel better with it. I use my Pixel XL without a case and it feels fine in one hand, probably because you don't have to reach so high with your thumb to pull down the notification window.

I know I'd be nervous if I didn't have a case on. It is a bit slippery and without the case support it's easier to possibly drop, then without the case you're sure to have some form of damage even if it's just a little knick.

If it helps my husband dropped his after 2 weeks. It made a small bullet hole in the side and then cracks going all they way across, but not your typical spider cracks. It was in a case with a glass screen protector. Luckily we signed up for the Samsung Care Plus and he had a new phone overnighted. He had to pay 99.00 deductible but can't complain on that.

Best phone since the Note 7.

Had the Pixel XL, iPhone 7 Plus, GS7E, One Plus 3T, Note 7.

I would rank them in this order (leaving the Note 7 out of it, RIP),

Galaxy S8+
iPhone 7 Plus
Google Pixel
