I submitted mine and it already says approved, waiting to be shipped. However, I just noticed on the status page that the IMEI number they're showing is off! To be specific, let's say if my IMEI ends in 678, what they're showing is ************67 (missing the last number in my IMEI). My IMEI consists of 15 numbers. On the status page, counting the asterisks & the last two digits they're showing, theirs is 14 digits!

Should I not worry since it's already been approved, waiting to be shipped?

If it's approved I wouldn't worry about it. Maybe their automated system just truncated it for some reason.

I just did my claim for the 256gb SD card. Had to do it again cause it rejected it cause i left a number out lol. No biggie, just went back and put the missing number in and it took it. Just waiting on them to approve it.

I'm worried as my receipt from Verizon has the date of 08/14/2016 but I put in the date of 08/03/2016 when I made the pre order.

Mine still says that as well. I heard a few others say theirs was approved within a few hours. Maybe theres a delay because its a weekend? Who knows.

I was worried. The receipt I sent had the ship date instead of order date and I had forgot that the names needed to match on the account and the person submitting the claim. I put my name instead of my mom's n I couldn't find where to change the name. I was going to call to fix the issues and I checked this morning and I was approved

I don't think you will. For good measure I put in the date that was on the receipt, which was the 14th, and my order date was the 12th. I was approved in 24 hours.

It is the weekend though, so I wouldn't go into a panic yet....and it IS Prize Logic after all.

I pre-ordered through Best Buy since AT&T wouldn't give me the option of picking up in store for instant gratification. Wasn't given the option of the SD card through BB it just made me accept the Gear Fit 2. Was a bit disappointed at first (despite the fact that I have no need for that much memory) but so far the smart watch is pretty nifty!! been on the Note 4 since February 2015 so I'm stoked to have something new to mess with

The site showed mine was approved a few hours before I got an email, the site updates faster I think- better to check that

And now I have a tracking number . . . scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. That was WAY faster than 12 weeks! I am really pleased!
