DL 30 comes rooted why are you rooting it

Mine crashed last night.
Running DL30 clean .8 with DL09 radio.
I am in IN/KY

I fixed mine by loading the DL09 radion via Odin.

This happened to me last night while i was trying out new ROMs and themes, i just thought i messed up somewhere with a few extra Mods i flashed so i just went to stock and back up and it was fine, but i guess it was something else.
I was running Superclean 1.0 ROM with the kernel that came with it. With Superdark theme. I had flashed Rubiks and when it booted back up I had the airplane mode problem and all of this happend right around 1AM or so.
I live in Northern NJ... pretty much NYC (i can walk to GW bridge)
I felt better when i thought it was my own incompetence... hope this doesnt happen again randomly

Radio/modem is what allows you to communicate, make calls/text/data

just wondering because if you used ours i know what to tell you to do,,,for instance i dont know if you used a non rooted version of DL30 , because the one that we are mirroring here is already rooted the second you flash

I had the same issue, I am reflashing back to stock DL09 then ota ea28.

Had no signal off and on last night in SC. no full crash like y'all are reporting though. Weak signal today at work, but no full crash.

Still crashing

Goes to a battery charging screen. Reboots with 'unkown' baseband and hardware version. Pulled battery, no go same 'unknown'. Left battery out for 5 minutes reboot, Baseband and hardware versions are back and phone works normally.

Weird thing

It died at 10:00 pm MST. Has been running just fine since 10:30 last night. IDK
Was thinking of flashing the DL09modem 2-3 times with Odin to make sure it flashed properly.....

I'm running the leaked DL30 and had the same situation regarding the "stuck in airplane mode" and unknown baseband. Flashed back to DLO9 via Odin and it fixed the issue. I'm in the Tampa Bay area.
