Does HTC One M9 have System UI Tuner in 6.0 update?

[AC Question]

Cannot clear or click on notifications after Marshmallow 6.0 update. System UI Tuner is also inaccessible. I have a HTC One M9 (Sprint). Anybody else have this issue or know hoe to fix it? I already tried holding gear icon down to access the UI Tuner as others have mentioned, but it didn't work on my phone.

From what I've read, Sprint disabled this feature.....

Ive not had any major bugs since a few restarts after install. I have noticed the battery is better.

Why would they disable the UI tuner?

My main issue is that the clear button does not work for getting rid if notifications. I can't swipe them or click on them either. They just pile up in my notification bar.

I have restarted the phone multiple times. I am having other random issues as well after updating.

Not having those issues. I would clear cache partition and or back up and then restore. Usually a good idea after a major update....

Tried clearing the cache partition, it didn't help. I ended up having to do a factory reset. Now that I restored my phone, it works great.

Good to hear. Factory reset fixes 95% of issues........

To clear the task bar my button is at the bottom of whatever comes down. Not at top anymore.
