Droid Incredible Shipping?

I wish someone knew what was going on. On the other board a 6/5 order customer was just told its not shipping til 7/12!

I just got off the phone with Verizon and they told me that my Incredible is shipping on the 28th and that I should have it on the 30th! Originally I was told that it was not going to ship until the 30th I ordered it on 6/9. Less than a week now I am getting excited!

That's exciting news.. .I ordered on the 10th and they keep giving me a ship date of July 8th! Ugh... I would be thrilled if mine shipped a day after yours!

FedEx Ground just made a delivery, unfortunately, my phone wasn't on the truck. Phone shipped one day late, yesterday, and did not get the over-night option, so I wait until tomorrow. Still....I got excited thinking there was a chance it would be here (original date for delivery). Oh well, tomorrow will be my day! I can't wait.

I have a 6/3 date and ordered online. I was told it would ship no later than 6/24. If I hear anything I will post it on here. Promise.

I just called the store, again, to see if tracking info populated. He told me no tracking number yet.

He also told me that, according to the database he was looking at, the order should ship no later than tomorrow based on my order date (6/5). The issue with that is I am out of town on Monday and Tuesday, which means I will miss the 2 delivery attempts FedEx will try. Which means my DInc will get sent back! This is no good.

I'm calling back tomorrow to see if it actually does ship, and contacting FedEx about options I'd have for the delivery. If there is no tracking info tomorrow, that's a good thing, as it won't go out until Monday and I can just have them leave it on Tuesday (getting back early Tuesday).

Never thought I'd say it, but hope my DInc stays in the warehouse for a bit longer...

I'm 6/3 and no conformation as of yet, they said that if I don't get conformation by 3PM to call them back.

You can have it delivered to a neighbor or leave a signed note stating that it can be left on your doorstep....Dunno what else you could do.

Also I think that is hilarious....I ordered 6/5 as well and got a 6/28 ship date when i called this morning but a 6/25 other times when i have called

I just called Verizon and the lady sounded very confused. First she told me that it should ship today. This was the response I was hoping for and assuming she would give me. I am not getting too excited because I have not heard of and 6/3 orders shipping yet. Then... when I asked her to look up how it would ship (overnight or 2nd day) she waited a few minutes and then said, "yah you should be getting that today. It will be coming fedex and will get there today." I then asked the logical question, "well... do you have a tracking number?" and she said no it is not in our system but it will get there today.

I am not holding my breath let me tell you. I think this lady was lieing and had no idea what she is talking about. I will keep you guys posted if it shows up today (Ha ha, that will never happen). Good luck and let us know if any 6/3 orders ship.

I'm hoping that if it does ship tomorrow, I can call FedEx and ask them to wait to deliver it Tuesday afternoon. I could ask my neighbors, but there's no guarantee they'll be home at that time. Otherwise, my only option would be not to go out of town, which would suck, but may be my best bet.

I know that when my brother ordered his Storm 2 (one for him & one for his wife) he had both phones delivered, charged up & activated and being used then about 4 hours later he received an email stating that his package was being shipped via FedEx & it gave him the tracking number.

I understand your concerns. I will tell you this, Fed Ex is a mess right now. Since about noon yesterday their website has had problems updating tracking information online. It is really really bad. I had a delivery yesterday and the website said it was delivered at 2:14. Well, it was not. It was delivered just after 5. Imagine my concern at 2:30 when I look and see it was delivered, yet I had no package. Still holding my breath for my Incredible.

This is just too funny. We're all standing by just HOPING to see a post from someone who received a shipping notice, and now we hear this. The likely hood of anyone coming back to post and let us know they received their Dinc without shipping notification AFTER the receive it is pretty low..... seriously, I'd be glued to the phone and not this site for a few days!

I'm a 6.5 and I know at the best senaerio is I will receive my phone Wednesday or thursday. I'm just hoping i get my phone next week, if I don't I will start to look at the droid x or maybe threaten them to leave.THIS SUCKS!!
