I hope this fixes the lag and redraws that came with the upgrade to jellybean.

So far it has for me.

Delivery reports for SMS/MMS aren't working for me though.

Do you guys think this update would merit a factory reset? I know it's normally good practice to do a wipe after an OTA. But I'm not sure if it's only for major OS updates or all updates.

There's no requirement to do a factory reset, big or small. Your phone will just run better, unless you're a light user with few apps installed for instance.

I never got an email about a soak test. I've done at least 2 maybe 3 of those too.

Just got mine at midnight. I am in San Antonio, TX. I will see what's new after I get some sleep.

Just pulled the update in central Ohio. Wiped cache before downloading and installed. Initially feels smoother but it'll take a day or two to see if it's the update or the cache wipe.

Just got my update here in phoenix!!! Camera still doesn't remember HDR setting, o well.
