Same here. My gf got her Droid 2 yesterday and I finally received my DX today. Both came from Blackberry and we are both in LOVE with our droids

Much to my dismay, I also saw this message today while checking my status. And I ordered my dx through verizon online on the 13th. I live in Idaho

I got that as well. Ordered my Droid X on the 16th switching from AT&T here in AZ. Before today it said "order processed, will ship when inventory available" and now it is saying 31st.

Well, i ordered on the 6th and was told it would ship out the 18th and be at my house on the 20th the LATEST. It didnt get shipped out until the 20th and arrived at my house on the 23rd.

it was a long/hard wait for it. lol

i did get a lady on the phone to tell me that there's at least a possibility that i could gert shipment before the 31st but i think theyr'e not going to send it til then even if it's sitting in a warehouse. they won't even respond to emails any more.

I got that as well. Ordered my Droid X on the 16th switching from AT&T here in AZ. Before today it said "order processed, will ship when inventory available" and now it is saying 31st.

They switched up the Status report to stop implying that you will get it earlier. If they say the 31st and you get it on the 27th, they are your saviors. If they say ASAP but the 31st at the latest and you get it it on the 27th you wonder why they are 11 days behind on stock.

yeah, its most definitely going to reach my local fedex facility today....so how they cannot deliver it 2moro is beyond me. i would be quite surprised. that being said, i wont be upset, because 2moro will be eaxactly 1 week from when i ordered it in store, and i know people have been waiting alot longer than that.

this may add to the whole "east coast" getting them sooner debate.

Doh. Mines shipping to Novi so I can have it signed for at work. They should just throw mine (8/17 at 12:15AM) onto the same truck/plane.
