Scheduled Delivery: 8-25 by 3 PM Local Time

Just received an email from VZW that my DX has been shippped via FedEx, along with a tracking #.

I ordered mine on August 15th and was originally scheduled for shipping on the 30th, so this is a few days earlier. Since its overnight shipping, it should arrive tomorrow I suppose. Awesome!

I ordered mine on the 20th, glad to hear someone two days earlier than me is (supposedly) getting theirs on Thursday....Makes me hopeful for maybe Monday next week....?

The rep told me the latest it would ship was Sept 7th, and I figured if I had it by the end of the month that'd be pretty darn good...

Now you've got me jumping at every new email notification on my BB Curve....man I can't wait for the X....

Just got my Droid X. This phone is perfect. I'm really happy I switched from the iPhone and its locked down platform. Finally no more annoying pop up notifications!

i ordered on the 17th, too. got a bit of a scare today when i called and the guy couldn't even find my order. if i don't get a notification in the next two days i'll be back on the phone with them. other cs reps seemed to be able to find my order so.....

i like to give credit where it is due. i talked to another cs today who was very helpful. she still couldn't tell me exactly when mine would ship but she gave me some useful information about it. she also told me that the notification email goes out the moment it's ready to ship. i felt better after talking to her. i now have my true order number and other info

was yours a 30 day exchange? Mine was and I ordered mine on the 14th and I havent heard anything either.

When I called verizon to check on it they told me with the order number i gave them they couldnt get me an update because it was an exchange......

No exchange, just an upgrade from a Rival. I did it at the VZ store here in town. I've been reassured by a CSA that I'll get an email when it's ready to ship.
