Did you factory reset before ising it? Im curious if any other uk sim free BTU 6.0.1 downloaders have had same issue as me crashing and rebooting after clearing contacts and contacts storage. Nothing would fix the rebooting and crashing.

I thought it might be a duplicate contact error but even adding no google account did same thing.

I didn't sleep last night trying to kies smart switch odin etc finally by flashing old lollipop phone is stable again and if it messes up it's a relatively quick fix now i got it all set up.

Im tempted to reload everything on lollipop then redownload marshmallow and use accordingly. Im just worried the next update will brick my phone and won't let me roll back to lollipop.

Guys be aware if you fsctory reset after marshmallow update even if you reflash the firmware with smart switch you may get the randoom reboot every 2 minutes crash like i did.

I dont know if it's a hardware issue as it was very stable on lollipop

*Sigh* I guess I'll hope for April now. Maybe I can enjoy Marshmallow on my phone for one month before Android N officially drops the next month.

Tired of chasing the carrot being dangled in front of my nose, a carrot to cure my phone's ailments, and yet always to be denied.

January, no
February, no
March, no ....

IOS is looking better.,...

Also no security update since December for my Verizon samsung, I thought they had promised to do the monthly security updates. This is more than a little frustrating.

My Sprint S6 Edge+ updated to 6.01 this morning! So far so good. Seemed to upgrade a little quicker than previous upgrades and seems smooth and fast so far. Subtle changes are noticeable but nothing drastic.

I would fully expect marshmallow to be the last update this phone gets. It doesn't appear to even be carried anymore by at least AT&T and Verizon. I'm looking hard at dropping not only the phone, but android altogether.

I have it and didn't like not having it but really theres not any major differences apart from the quick tab at the top and the extended edge options.

Sprint gave it to my 6edge last month. I just got it for 6+ last Thursday from Sprint. Works good too.

Samsung has already released the update to the carriers. It's up to the carriers to test and release to their customers. This is not a Samsung issue.
