Edge + mm 6.0 update??!!!?!?!

I actually spoke with Verizon today about a separate issue and at the end of the call asked them when can I expect the Marshmallow update and was informed that it will start rolling out for the Edge + today.

damn that sounds too good to be true with no android site or any phone site posting this news.

i hope you are correct tho.

For now it looks like the update service is offline for vzw. So maybe that's a sign that it's going to be uploaded soon.

Really regretting my decision to buy my first "non-nexus" phone. Never again! This phone is buggy as hell and been living with it for months. Might have to go back to Verizon and get something else......

Samsung has already released the update to the carriers. It's up to the carriers to test and release to their customers. This is not a Samsung issue.

OMG. That means I'm waiting on at&t. Probably next year.....especially if they are no longer carrying this model.

I would fully expect marshmallow to be the last update this phone gets. It doesn't appear to even be carried anymore by at least AT&T and Verizon. I'm looking hard at dropping not only the phone, but android altogether.

my galaxy s6 (verizon) got the marshmallow update on April 1st, but got my s6 edge plus April 2, and am frustrated to check and not see any signs that it will receive the marshmallow update soon (in the next couple weeks).
